Returns & Exchanges

At Prato Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Place the unworn footwear back into its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
